The Yellow Machine Operator Trainer will be responsible for training and monitoring all Yellow Machine operators, ensuring proper usage of machines, and supporting operational efficiency. The role also involves refresher training, risk assessments, and contributing to operator recruitment and training materials.

Duties

• Train operators on machine handling, operation, and maintenance.

• Ensure risk assessments are conducted before operations.

• Conduct refresher courses for Yellow Machine operators.

• Perform damage analysis on yellow machines.

• Participate in recruitment and selection of operators.

• Monitor cleaning of all Yellow Machines.

• Coordinate with the training department on assessments.

• Maintain records of training issues with the training department.

• Develop and update training manuals, SOPs, and checklists.

Qualifications

• Certificate in training of Yellow Machine operators.

• At least 2 years of related industry experience as a trainer.

• Strong workmanship and attention to detail.

• Energetic and hands-on approach to work.

• Effective communication skills across all levels.
