Cake Fairy

Cake fairy is looking for a well experienced and self motivated Waiter/Waitress to fill in the vacant position that has arisen within their firm.

Duties
Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly

• Provide detailed menu information and recommendations

• Inform patrons of daily specials

• Take meal and beverage orders accurately

Order Management:

• Place orders correctly in kitchen system

• Ensure food presentation meets standards

• Deliver meals and beverages promptly

• Verify customer satisfaction with meals

Operations:

• Prepare and process customer bills

• Handle cash transactions and provide change

• Maintain health code standards in food handling

• Perform shift duties (cleaning, pre-bussing, stocking)

• Clean as you go throughout shift

Administrative:

• Multi-task various front-of-house duties

• Follow all management instructions

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality

• Previous waiting experience preferred

• Customer service orientation

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
