Job Description
We are looking for an organized Payroll Clerk to accurately process payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with wage regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience with payroll systems.

Duties

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees

  • Maintain accurate employee records (hours worked, deductions, bonuses)

  • Verify timesheets and resolve attendance discrepancies

  • Prepare and distribute payslips

  • Generate payroll reports for management and compliance

  • Address employee payroll and benefits inquiries

  • Ensure compliance with wage laws and regulations

  • Work with HR to update and maintain employee records

  • Assist with payroll and compensation audits

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (payroll/accounting certification a plus)

  • Previous payroll processing experience (security/service industry preferred)

  • Knowledge of payroll systems and relevant labor laws

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and payroll software (Adaski/Berlina)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential information
