Transport Manager – Nash Paints

Nash Paints is looking for a Transport Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and cost effective management of the company fleet and transport operations.
Duties

Fleet management.

Oversee operations and logistics.

Ensure compliance and safety.

Manage people and teams effectively.

Handle administration and reporting.

Supervise vehicle maintenance, repair and roadworthiness.

Ensure licensing, tax and fee compliance.
-
Provide strong leadership and people management.
-
Plan, organize and solve operational challenges.

Ensure knowledge and compliance with Zimbabwean transport laws, VID, ZINARA and ZIMRA requirements.

Manage budgets, reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
-
Maintain strong communication and negotiation with stakeholders.
-
Use Microsoft Office and fleet management systems proficiently.
Qualifications

At least 3 years’ experience in transport or fleet management, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, construction or distribution.

Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration or related field.
