Transport Manager – Nash Paints

Nash Paints is looking for a Transport Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and cost effective management of the company fleet and transport operations.

Duties

  • Fleet management.

  • Oversee operations and logistics.

  • Ensure compliance and safety.

  • Manage people and teams effectively.

  • Handle administration and reporting.

  • Supervise vehicle maintenance, repair and roadworthiness.

  • Ensure licensing, tax and fee compliance.

  • Provide strong leadership and people management.

  • Plan, organize and solve operational challenges.

  • Ensure knowledge and compliance with Zimbabwean transport laws, VID, ZINARA and ZIMRA requirements.

  • Manage budgets, reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain strong communication and negotiation with stakeholders.

  • Use Microsoft Office and fleet management systems proficiently.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in transport or fleet management, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, construction or distribution.

  • Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration or related field.
