Training and Wellness Officer – Local Company

We are seeking a dynamic Training and Wellness Officer to design and deliver employee training programs, implement wellness initiatives, and promote a safe, healthy workplace.
Duties

Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs tailored to employee needs

Assess training requirements through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations

Implement wellness initiatives including health screenings, workshops, and fitness challenges

Collaborate with vendors and healthcare providers to enhance wellness offerings
-
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee development
-
Coordinate safety programs, audits, inspections, and risk assessments
-
Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures
-
Maintain accurate records of training, wellness programs, and safety data
-
Prepare reports on program effectiveness and manage related budgets
-
Provide one-on-one coaching and support for employees
-
Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and regulatory changes
Qualifications
-
Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management, Human Resources, International Relations, or equivalent

Minimum 3 years relevant experience; Master’s degree advantageous

At least 5 O-level passes including English and Mathematics
-
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems

Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented
