Duties

Job related tasks as assigned in support of IT operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
0–2 years post-qualification experience.
