Duties

Embrace the company’s quality systems and customer service standards.
Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems including panel mounting, wiring, and monitoring equipment.
Conduct on-site surveys to determine placement and layout of solar equipment.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to clients and team members.
Follow all safety policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Prepare detailed reports on job status, issues, and system performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in solar energy.

Qualifications

At least 5 O Level subjects including English and Mathematics.
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Solar Technician or similar role in the renewables sector.
Familiarity with solar PV systems, electrical wiring, and system installations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in challenging environments.
Certification in Electrical or Solar Energy Technology from an accredited institution is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and perform physical activities as required.
