The Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority (ZERA) is a statutory body mandated to regulate the Zimbabwean energy market cost-effectively through incentive regulation and in a fair and transparent manner to achieve sustainable energy. ZERA seeks a highly competent and results-oriented individual to actively contribute to the execution of its mandate for the following role:
Duties

Conduct comprehensive skills audits to identify competency gaps and training needs across the organization.

Lead manpower planning initiatives to align human resource capacity with future organizational requirements.

Develop, implement, and monitor succession planning and workforce optimization strategies.

Oversee and support the implementation of performance management systems.
-
Drive and support change management initiatives across departments.

Design and implement effective employee onboarding programs.

Coordinate the preparation and management of training and development budgets.

Identify and recommend learning and development programs to improve organizational performance.

Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of skills transfer initiatives.

Review and analyze business processes and workflows to recommend improvements and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Degree in Social Science, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of three years’ experience in Skills Development.

Postgraduate Diploma in Training or Human Capital Development.

Advanced certificate in Excel.
