Our organization is growing and seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.

Duties

• Drive sales growth to meet and exceed set targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

• Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients

• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

• Experience in insurance or health related products or services is an advantage but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Self motivated and results driven with the ability to work independently and in a team
