Aura Group is offering a Sales Department Internship to support Starlink sales and service operations, assisting with quotations, customer inquiries, dashboard management, and reporting.

Duties

• Prepare quotations for Starlink kits and subscription packages

• Collaborate with sales teams to deliver tailored client solutions

• Serve as primary contact for Starlink-related customer inquiries

• Ensure KYC compliance and educate clients on products and services

• Manage the Starlink dashboard, track subscriptions, and assist with billing

• Generate reports on sales metrics and department performance

• Support administrative tasks, presentations, and internal documentation

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

• Stay updated on Starlink products and industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management Systems Design and Application, or related field

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting

• Enthusiastic, driven, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
