Are you a driven and accomplished sales professional with a passion for achieving excellence? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Harare team as a Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is committed to delivering outstanding results. As a key member of our sales team, you will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships.

Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

• Drive revenue growth and increase market share through proactive sales initiatives

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ proven sales experience, supported by a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• Strong track record in lead generation and conversion

• Results-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach to sales

• Experience in the car rental industry will be a distinct advantage

• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Valid driver’s license is a must
