The Property Sales Agent role involves promoting and selling residential and commercial properties while providing clients with exceptional service throughout the buying process. This position requires building relationships, showcasing properties, and closing deals effectively.
Duties

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Source, list, and market properties across platforms

Conduct viewings and coordinate inspections

Advise on pricing through market analysis (CMA)

Negotiate deals and manage closing documentation

Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethics

Maintain accurate CRM and transaction records
-
Generate leads through networking and referrals
-
Work closely with developers and investment clients
-
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
-
Participate in open houses and promotional events
-
Prepare and review offers, contracts, and legal documents
Qualifications
-
Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field
-
Minimum of 1 year of proven real estate sales experience
-
Strong property sourcing (mandate acquisition) skills
-
Excellent negotiation, marketing, and client engagement abilities
-
Solid knowledge of local market trends and pricing dynamics
-
Preferably managing or owning a small property portfolio
-
Must have good standing with the Estate Agents Council (EAC)
