Procurement Graduate Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Procurement Graduate Trainee to join our team in the hospitality industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a career in procurement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties

– Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies
– Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products
– Support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services
– Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
– Analyze and manage procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Develop and maintain procurement documentation and records

Qualifications

– Recent graduate with a degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
– Hospitality procurement experience gained when on attachment, an added advantage
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Willingness to learn and develop skills in procurement
