People Graduate Intern – World Vision

World Vision Zimbabwe is looking for a passionate Graduate Intern – People & Culture to support HR operations. This internship provides practical experience in key HR functions within a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

Duties

  • Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR file management

  • Maintain accurate records in the HR Management Information System (HRMIS)

  • Support staff induction, policy compliance, and employee wellness programs

  • Contribute to training and performance management initiatives

  • Prepare monthly HR reports and assist with internal communications

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (within 12 months) with minimum 2.1 degree in:

    • Human Resources

    • Psychology

    • Related field

  • Understanding of HR principles and Zimbabwean labor laws

  • HRMIS experience (advantageous)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and self-motivation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

  • Teachable attitude and willingness to learn
