People Graduate Intern – World Vision

World Vision Zimbabwe is looking for a passionate Graduate Intern – People & Culture to support HR operations. This internship provides practical experience in key HR functions within a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
Duties
-
Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR file management
-
Maintain accurate records in the HR Management Information System (HRMIS)
-
Support staff induction, policy compliance, and employee wellness programs
-
Contribute to training and performance management initiatives
-
Prepare monthly HR reports and assist with internal communications
Qualifications
-
Recent graduate (within 12 months) with minimum 2.1 degree in:
-
Human Resources
-
Psychology
-
Related field
-
-
Understanding of HR principles and Zimbabwean labor laws
-
HRMIS experience (advantageous)
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
High integrity, attention to detail, and self-motivation
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Teachable attitude and willingness to learn
