Applications are invited for the position of Operations Area Manager at ABB Motor Spares.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive sales and implement strategies for sales improvement.

• Manage, analyse, and present shop performance metrics.

• Oversee budget planning and management.

• Identify and develop new markets.

• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.

• Manage shop stock and control inventory levels.

• Analyse sales reports for insights and improvement opportunities.

• Ensure shop hygiene and maintain a welcoming ambience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, Entrepreneurship, or Operations Management.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Strong analytical and business development skills.

• Results-oriented with a sales-driven mindset.
