Biotech Institute is seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist to join their company. The successful candidate will contribute to laboratory organization, sample processing, and co-development/validation of new diagnostic tests.

Duties
Test Development & Validation:

• Validate and implement new molecular pathology tests

• Co-develop innovative laboratory testing methodologies

Quality & Compliance:

• Maintain strict adherence to ISO 15185 standards

• Ensure comprehensive documentation practices

• Apply Quality Management System (QMS) principles

Operations:

• Process laboratory samples efficiently and accurately

• Generate timely and precise test results reporting

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:

• Current registration with MLCSCZ

• Valid practicing certificate

• Strong interest in molecular pathology and liquid biopsy

Essential Skills:

• Exceptional organizational abilities

• Excellent documentation practices

• QMS implementation experience

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
