Duties

Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Drive growth by increasing market share, revenue, profitability, and return on investment.

Manage and execute marketing initiatives through research, strategic planning, and effective implementation.

Monitor market trends and oversee advertising and promotional activities to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Plan and coordinate market research initiatives to inform decision-making and strategy.

Prepare and manage the annual marketing and sales budget to meet financial targets.

Collect, analyze, and summarize market data and trends to produce accurate and actionable reports.

Optimize website content and social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google Plus for maximum engagement and reach.
Qualifications
-
Degree in Marketing Management or related field.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
-
Proven experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Valid and clean Class 4 driver’s license is an added advantage.

Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Solid understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
