Duties

Develop maintenance plans for all production lines.
Coordinate with relevant teams on maintenance issues to ensure smooth workflows.
Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime while considering production trends, resource availability, and manufacturer requirements.
Schedule and allocate corrective maintenance as needed.
Communicate maintenance plans, progress, and issues with stakeholders.
Analyse maintenance data for monthly reports on plant availability, planned completion, and utilities usage.
Adhere to safety, health, environment, and quality systems.
Perform any other duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
