Logistics Assistant – Local Company

The Logistics Assistant supports the Logistics Specialist with daily operations, fleet management, inventory monitoring, documentation, reporting, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth logistics processes.

Duties

  • Assist in daily logistics tasks and fleet operations management

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules

  • Maintain accurate shipping and logistics records

  • Prepare inventory and fleet performance reports

  • Analyze logistics data for process improvements

  • Monitor inventory and ensure supply availability

  • Support procurement and maintain supplier relations

  • Facilitate communication between drivers and logistics team

  • Assist in transportation route planning and optimization

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience

  • 5 O-Level passes including English and Math

Attributes

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented
