The Logistics Assistant supports the Logistics Specialist with daily operations, fleet management, inventory monitoring, documentation, reporting, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth logistics processes.
Duties

Assist in daily logistics tasks and fleet operations management

Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules

Maintain accurate shipping and logistics records

Prepare inventory and fleet performance reports

Analyze logistics data for process improvements

Monitor inventory and ensure supply availability
-
Support procurement and maintain supplier relations
-
Facilitate communication between drivers and logistics team
-
Assist in transportation route planning and optimization
Qualifications
-
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum 2 years relevant experience

5 O-Level passes including English and Math
Attributes

Strong organizational and time management skills

Effective written and verbal communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office
