Duties
Administrative Support

Maintaining employee records both physical and digital

Managing HR databases and ensuring data accuracy

Processing employee related paperwork such as contracts and performance reviews

Answering employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
-
Filing and organizing HR documents
-
Scheduling meetings and managing calendars for the HR team
-
Managing the HR department’s email and other communication channels
-
Preparing reports on HR activities and performance
Recruitment and On-boarding
-
Assisting with job postings and advertising
-
Screening resumes and applications
-
Coordinating and scheduling interviews
-
Conducting reference checks
-
Preparing employment contracts
-
Organizing and conducting new employee orientations
-
Assisting with the on-boarding process for new hires
-
Managing employee training and development programs
Payroll and Benefits
-
Assisting with payroll processing and resolving any payroll related errors
-
Supporting benefits administration such as enrollment and claims
-
Tracking employee attendance and leave
-
Maintaining records related to payroll and benefits
Compliance and Employee Relations
-
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
-
Assisting with the investigation of employee relations issues
-
Communicating HR policies and procedures to employees
-
Maintaining a confidential and secure environment for employee information
Other Responsibilities
-
Assisting with HR related events and initiatives
-
Providing general support to the HR team and employees
-
Staying up to date on HR trends and best practices
Qualifications
Experience
-
At least 2 years experience in the HR field
Qualifications
-
A Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Skills Required
-
Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and handling sensitive information
-
Technical proficiency with HRIS Human Resources Information System, Belina payroll software, and Microsoft Office
-
Confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information such as salaries, performance evaluations, and personal details
-
Strong communication skills
-
Ethical conduct in decision making, especially when handling sensitive employee matters
-
Adaptability to changing regulations and workplace issues
-
Time management including task prioritization and meeting deadlines
