Duties
Assisting in:

  • Recruitment and selection.

  • Performance management.

  • Training and development.

  • Records management.

  • Leave administration.

  • HR reporting.

  • Staff welfare.

  • Payroll administration.

  • Industrial relations management.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year industrial attachment experience.

  • 5 Ordinary Levels including English and Mathematics.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Well groomed.
