Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage department heads to ensure seamless hotel operations

• Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction

• Oversee all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B) to maintain high service standards

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and international hospitality standards

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field

• Professional certification in hotel management

• Minimum 3 years hotel management experience (international chain experience preferred)
