Head Human Resources and Administration – Zimpost

Duties

  • Develop and implement HR policies, initiatives, and strategies aligned with Zimpost’s overall strategy.

  • Provide business support through talent development, performance management, HR planning, and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes.

  • Develop and review organizational structures to ensure alignment with business strategy.

  • Ensure effective employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance management.

  • Promote a positive industrial relations environment through engagement strategies and relationship management.

  • Develop and implement internal communication systems to keep staff informed of developments.

  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.

  • Provide HR leadership by guiding management and staff on HR-related issues.

  • Implement health and safety policies and practices.

  • Oversee HR reporting, administration functions, and budgeting.

  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Master’s degree required.

  • Professional qualification such as IPMZ is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience, including at least 3 years at managerial level.
