Duties
-
Develop and implement HR policies, initiatives, and strategies aligned with Zimpost’s overall strategy.

Provide business support through talent development, performance management, HR planning, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Manage recruitment and selection processes.

Develop and review organizational structures to ensure alignment with business strategy.

Ensure effective employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance management.
-
Promote a positive industrial relations environment through engagement strategies and relationship management.
-
Develop and implement internal communication systems to keep staff informed of developments.
-
Oversee payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.
-
Provide HR leadership by guiding management and staff on HR-related issues.
-
Implement health and safety policies and practices.
-
Oversee HR reporting, administration functions, and budgeting.
-
Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
-
Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Master’s degree required.
-
Professional qualification such as IPMZ is an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years’ work experience, including at least 3 years at managerial level.
