Duties
-
Proofread translations.
-
Maintain investigators’ and site files.

File and archive study documents.
-
Submit and collect research files to and from Institutional Review Boards (IRBs).

Support other research and administrative tasks such as document scanning and filing.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Administration, or Arts.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Organised and able to meet deadlines.
-
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role within a research organisation.
