Duties

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, driving growth and profitability.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Oversee the management team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful operations.
Foster a high-performance culture of innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent.
MBA or MBL qualification.
Executive leadership development training is an added advantage.
15 to 20 years of experience in a senior management role, with at least 10 years in a leadership position.

Skills

Strong leadership and strategic management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven record of driving business growth and profitability.
Experience in board-level roles or corporate governance is desirable.
Strong network and business development capabilities.
