We are seeking a skilled and motivated Debt Collector to join our team at Symdunes Financial Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting clients to collect outstanding debts and ensure timely payment. You will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization while providing exceptional customer services.

Duties

• Contact individuals or businesses to collect outstanding payments

• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records of debt collection activities

• Adhere to legal requirements and company policies during collection efforts

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in commercial studies or any other relevant qualifications

• Class 4 Driver license

• Proven experience as a Debt Collector or in a similar role

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism

• Proficient in Microsoft Tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
