Duties

• Promoting the institution’s products to generate new business.
• Growing and managing a quality loan portfolio.
• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Evaluating and processing credit/loan applications.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures.
• Contributing to the design of client-centered loan products through field feedback

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a Commercial field.
• At least 2 years’ SME lending experience in a microfinance institution.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Energetic and self-motivated individuals, who will thrive in a field-based role.
• Meticulous, results-driven, and focused on achieving set targets.
