Client Services Clerk – Doves

Duties

  • Handle client queries (written and telephonic) regarding claims, new business, premium accounting, receipting, and banking

  • Compile monthly statistics of processed queries and analyse them per type

  • Benchmark service delivery capability through market intelligence

  • Support the creation of a high-performance culture in the department

Qualifications

  • Degree in Risk and Insurance Management or Business Management

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

  • Excellent customer care and negotiation skills

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to work quickly under pressure with minimal supervision

  • Team player with a professional attitude when dealing with clients

  • Good knowledge of Doves Funeral Assurance products and operations
