Client Services Clerk – Doves

Duties

Handle client queries (written and telephonic) regarding claims, new business, premium accounting, receipting, and banking

Compile monthly statistics of processed queries and analyse them per type

Benchmark service delivery capability through market intelligence

Support the creation of a high-performance culture in the department
Qualifications
-
Degree in Risk and Insurance Management or Business Management
-
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
-
Excellent customer care and negotiation skills
-
Strong computer skills
-
Ability to work quickly under pressure with minimal supervision
-
Team player with a professional attitude when dealing with clients
-
Good knowledge of Doves Funeral Assurance products and operations
