Nash Paints is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee and manage the company’s paint manufacturing operations as well as the retail aspects of the business. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, optimize productivity, and drive the achievement of strategic business goals.
Duties

Lead and execute the company’s overall operations strategy to support growth and profitability.

Oversee manufacturing management and production efficiency across all facilities.

Manage supply chain and logistics to ensure seamless procurement and distribution.

Supervise retail and channel operations for consistent customer experience.

Oversee digital marketing and ICT functions to enhance operational performance.

Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.

Integrate technology solutions to streamline operations.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality assurance standards.

Monitor performance metrics to measure operational effectiveness.

Develop and manage operational budgets and cost control strategies.

Collaborate with other executives to align company-wide objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

FMCG experience is an added advantage.

Proven experience in a senior operations management role within manufacturing, preferably in the paint or chemical industry.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and retail operations.
