Duties

Develop and execute high-volume sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets.

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within construction, civil engineering, and related sectors.

Manage a robust sales pipeline, prioritize leads, and maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversion rates.

Prepare and deliver technical sales proposals and competitive quotations tailored to client needs.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and expanded business.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications

Degree in Sales, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field.

5 to 8 years of business development or sales management experience, focusing on high-volume sales.

Proven record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in construction or industrial products sector.

Strong knowledge of construction materials and industry dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex sales cycles effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
