Duties

  • Develop and execute high-volume sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets.

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within construction, civil engineering, and related sectors.

  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, prioritize leads, and maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversion rates.

  • Prepare and deliver technical sales proposals and competitive quotations tailored to client needs.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and expanded business.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

  • Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

  • Participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sales, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related field.

  • 5 to 8 years of business development or sales management experience, focusing on high-volume sales.

  • Proven record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in construction or industrial products sector.

  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and industry dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex sales cycles effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
