Business Development Manager – CIMAS

Cimas Health Group’s purpose is to inspire healthier communities. In pursuit of this purpose, Cimas is searching for a Business Development Manager iGo to join the organization and develop the iGo brand, ensuring it serves Cimas members and the community in line with Cimas strategic goals.
Duties

Review Cimas membership information, identifying key market segments and clients within Cimas who would benefit from the iGo products and approach

Propose development plans (short and long term) for the advertising and marketing of iGo

Engage with value partners to promote wellness dimensions and behaviour change by offering discounts or similar incentives

Operationalise partnerships in line with the agreed standard operating procedures

Plan and facilitate mass marketing activities, including the preparation of marketing briefs and execution of activations, events and expos to create awareness around the iGo products

Research and analyse best practices of iGo and wellness products and services
Qualifications
-
Degree in Business Management or Marketing

Member of the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe

Minimum of four years’ experience in business development

Ability to manage and develop staff
-
Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare accurate reports
