Business Development Manager

The job seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager who will play a vital role in driving business growth within the Sterling group Of Hotels. The candidate will be expected to develop a network of contacts to attract new clients ,research new market opportunities and oversee business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Researching and finding new business opportunities, such as new markets, products, or services
Setting goals and development plans for business growth.
-Developing relationships with clients, partners, and sponsors to generate repeat business
-Developing plans and goals for business growth and revenue
-Working with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
-Creating sales forecasts and growth projections
-Training business development staff and junior salespeople
-Attending conferences and industry events to build relationships and stay up to date on trends
Qualifications & Experience
-Degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in hospitality sales and business development
-Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing occupancy
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
