Branch Manager – Teercherz

Applications are invited from highly competent and qualified individuals to fill the position of Branch Manager. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for overseeing branch performance, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence.
Duties
Generate and grow sales to achieve set targets.
• Oversee marketing activities including brand image and product promotion.
• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Ensure branch profitability by achieving gross and net profit margins in line with budgets.
• Safeguard cash and ensure that receipting and banking are completed promptly.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure proper warehousing practices.
• Manage debtors, including credit approvals and collections.
• Oversee general administration and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Handle human resource management functions at branch level.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Pastel Accounting is an added advantage.
• Valid and clean Class 4 driver’s license is a plus.
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets and leading successful teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
