Administrative Assistant – SIS Inspections (Pvt) Ltd

SIS Inspections (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Harare office operations in the inspections industry.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management

  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport)

  • Manage office supplies inventory and orders

  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments/meetings

  • Handle petty cash and basic bookkeeping

  • Ensure professional office environment

  • Oversee safety/emergency protocols

  • Manage internal/external communications

  • Maintain staff records (contracts, appointments)

  • Promote company ethics and values

  • Manage fleet operations (tracking, reports, licenses, insurance)

  • Assist with policy implementation

  • Take meeting minutes

  • Coordinate recruitment and staff training

Qualifications

  • 3+ years administrative experience

  • Degree in Banking and Finance

  • Diploma in Finance/Administration (or related)

  • Essential Pastel Accounting proficiency

  • Age: 30-40 years
