SIS Inspections (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Harare office operations in the inspections industry.
Duties

Provide comprehensive administrative support to management

Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport)

Manage office supplies inventory and orders
-
Maintain calendars and schedule appointments/meetings
-
Handle petty cash and basic bookkeeping
-
Ensure professional office environment
-
Oversee safety/emergency protocols
-
Manage internal/external communications
-
Maintain staff records (contracts, appointments)
-
Promote company ethics and values
-
Manage fleet operations (tracking, reports, licenses, insurance)

Assist with policy implementation
-
Take meeting minutes
-
Coordinate recruitment and staff training
Qualifications
-
3+ years administrative experience
-
Degree in Banking and Finance
-
Diploma in Finance/Administration (or related)
-
Essential Pastel Accounting proficiency
-
Age: 30-40 years
