Accounts Clerk – Standards association of Zimbabwe

The Standards Association of Zimbabwe invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill a position within the Finance and Administration Department. The purpose of this role is to administer all operational functions of the Association’s Finance Department at Branch level.
Duties
Receipt the Division’s cash payments using SAP Business One Accounting Software.
• Ensure timeous banking of all cash receipts.
• Accurately capture receipts and invoices into their respective receivables’ accounts.
• Attend to client requests on all financial matters.
• Conduct customer age analysis.
• Perform credit vetting duties on behalf of the department.
• Manage the Division’s petty cash.
• Conduct job and process costing.
• Follow up on debtors and collections.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for both debtors and creditors.
Qualifications
Diploma in Accounting.
• Degree in Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of two years’ working experience.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Good communication skills.
