Accounts & Administration Clerk – Falcon Brands

The Accounts and Administration Clerk performs a range of accounting and administration functions that facilitate the smooth flow of operations.
Duties
-
Receive, check and capture all supplier invoices on a daily basis.

Assist in preparation of invoices for payments, cash, transfers or Ecocash payments.

Conduct creditors’ reconciliation.

Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
-
Reconcile daily sales.
-
Perform bank reconciliations.
-
Assemble, sort and tabulate codes and file data.
-
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
-
Accounting, Administration or Finance qualification (from certificate).
-
At least one year experience in accounting and administration.
-
High level of honesty and confidentiality.
-
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
-
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision.
