Accounts & Administration Clerk – Falcon Brands

The Accounts and Administration Clerk performs a range of accounting and administration functions that facilitate the smooth flow of operations.

Duties

  • Receive, check and capture all supplier invoices on a daily basis.

  • Assist in preparation of invoices for payments, cash, transfers or Ecocash payments.

  • Conduct creditors’ reconciliation.

  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks.

  • Reconcile daily sales.

  • Perform bank reconciliations.

  • Assemble, sort and tabulate codes and file data.

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Accounting, Administration or Finance qualification (from certificate).

  • At least one year experience in accounting and administration.

  • High level of honesty and confidentiality.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision.
